Annual Colloquium: "Where Ritual Meets Research: Tea Health and Wellness"

GTI Colloquia enable networking opportunities between researchers in science, the humanities and the social sciences, those engaged in the food and beverage industry and community members, thus providing a vibrant atmosphere for collaboration and learning across disciplines. They regularly draw audiences of about 400–600 people from across campus, the region, the US, and the world.
